Description

Labradorite/Lemurian Blue is a Calcium-sodium-aluminium rich Feldspar, part of the Plagioclase feldspars grouping. The main characteristics of the material is the amazing play of iridescent colours known as its Labradoressence or Schillerisation.  This labradoressence is caused when light is refracted from the thin mineral facets within the stone.
